Special Mulberry Molasses is produced from carefully selected mulberries harvested in specific regions of Turkey. It is obtained through a vacuum evaporation process at temperatures not exceeding 70°C, helping preserve its natural properties.
It has a dense consistency and a high natural soluble solids content (approx. 80° Brix), ensuring quality and concentration. This traditional fruit concentrate maintains its characteristic flavor and nutritional profile.
Mulberries naturally contain antioxidant compounds and minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium.
Natural sedimentation may occur due to its concentration; this does not indicate spoilage. It can be consumed directly or diluted in warm water.
Free from preservatives, artificial colors, and flavorings.
Suggested use: Can be consumed in the morning or evening, pure or diluted.
