Carob Molasses is produced from carob fruit (Ceratonia siliqua), naturally grown in Mediterranean climate regions. The pods are naturally dried and processed using a vacuum system at temperatures not exceeding 70°C to preserve their natural characteristics.
It has a dense texture and distinctive flavor. The production method and natural concentration differentiate it from standard molasses products.
Carob is traditionally consumed as a natural source of energy. It is naturally rich in fiber and contains minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium.
