What is it?
A vinegar obtained through the natural fermentation of carefully selected lemon, garlic and parsley. No accelerated commercial fermentation methods are used. The raw materials are not exposed to high heat; the product ferments naturally over time. During fermentation, natural vinegar cultures develop and preserve its original character.
Because it is traditionally naturally fermented, sediment, color variation or formation of the so-called “vinegar mother” may appear after opening. This does not indicate spoilage. It can be filtered and used normally. These features show that the product is not pasteurized or heavily filtered.
